a) What is the minimum requirement to get admitted in microbiology department?
Anwser: Minimum qualification of admission in Undergraduate Programs
Applicant must have minimum GPA 2.5 individually in SSC/HSC equivalent
Minimum 5 subjects in O level and 2 subjects in A level with minimum grade of B in 4 subjects and minimum grade of C in 3 subjects
Any prospective student having a total GPA of 8.0 or above in SSC and HSC or equivalents can be admitted directly. But need to be appeared placement test for English Fundamentals.

b) Total expenditure for studying B. Sc. (Hons.) in Microbiology?
Anwser: Total cost and credits for Bachelor of Science in Microbiology is Tk.  5, 44,500.00 and 146 credit hours including project and thesis

c) Masters of Science in Microbiology: (Cost and Credits)

Anwser: Minimum qualification to apply:
6 points up to graduation without any third class

In pharmaceutical and food industry, diagnostic center, different research institute and teaching.

Yes we have permanent Campus: Green Model Town, Block-H, Shadhinota Shoroni, Avenue-5, Muugda, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

g) Any trasportation facilities for students?
There is no transport facility for the students of Stamford University Bangladesh.

Credit transfer: There is a minimum acceptance criterion, like, the applicant should be from a well reputed university with a minimum CGPA (3.0) and courses with a minimum acceptable grade (B+) are only waived. Transfer students must complete 60% of their courses required for the degree in this university. Transfer students must submit an official catalog containing course descriptions, an official and detailed transcript showing earned credits and evidence of good standing for equivalency to both admission office and department office. In every year there are three intakes. Students seeking admission to the Department of Microbiology must take admission test and have successfully completed all required formalities. Students from other degree?granting areas of the University and transfer students from other approved universities are also accepted. Students will formally meet with an academic advisor to complete initial enrollment process. The application form for the admission is available in the information/admission office with a nonrefundable application fee. Completed and signed application form has to be submitted in the admission office with attested photocopies of all academic certificates/testimonials and mark sheets/academic transcripts. Admission test will be taken in two phases’ written test & viva/interview and drawing test. The first phase of screening is the written test. Students who will be selected in written test by the admission authority will be eligible for Viva. General knowledge, dress code and aptitude of students will be observed by the members of the viva board. A drawing test will be conducted during the interview with a time limit of 20 minutes, in which the sketch skill and hand writing of the individual students is assessed.
